Studio Policies
Simple, Seamless, Supportive
We keep it simple so you can focus on what matters – moving, feeling good, and building community. These policies help keep things smooth for everyone.

Booking & Scheduling
- All classes must be booked online and in advance.
- You can reserve your class via our website.
- Walk-ins can be accommodated on a case by case basis. We recommend that you book classes online and in advance to ensure a spot at your desired time.
- Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid losing your credit.
- We do not apply cancellation fees to missed classes.
- Private sessions require 24-hour notice for cancellations.
Pregnant Clients
Your safety is our priority! After the first trimester, we recommend private sessions to ensure the best modifications for your body. Have questions? Contact us—we’re here to support you!
Memberships & Class Packs
- Memberships require a minimum commitment of 3 months and renew automatically.
- Membership billing occurs on the 15th of each month for the upcoming month.
- Membership credits do not roll over to the next month.
- Class packs expire based on the package purchased from the date purchased:
- 5 Class Pack: Expires in 2 months
- 10 Class Pack: Expires in 4 months
- 20 Class Pack: Expires in 8 months
Cancellations & No-Shows
- We ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes early so you have time to settle in and ask questions prior to the start of class.
- Arrivals after 5 mins into the class may be denied entry.
- Grip socks are recommended for all classes but are not required.
- No cell phones in the studios. Please step into the reception area or outside for emergencies.
- Clean all equipment and props after use.
Waitlist Policy
- If a class is full, you have the option to join the waitlist.
- You must have available credits in order to join the waitlist.
- If a spot opens, you will automatically be enrolled up to 1 hour before class starts.
- If you no longer wish to take class, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid penalties and as consideration for other clients.
- Clients who participate in our membership program receive priority to the waitlist as part of our membership perks program.
Membership Holds & Terminations
- You must provide written notice of cancellation prior to the 15th of the upcoming month in order to cancel or pause your membership.
- Memberships may be paused for up to 2 months. You must be a member for at least 6 months before you are eligible to pause your membership.

Lost & Found
- 718 Pilates is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Items left behind will be held for 7 days before being donated.
Gift Cards & Promotions
- Gift cards are available and can be used towards classes, memberships, or merchandise.
- Promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
