What should I bring to my first class?
You should wear comfortable workout attire. Grip socks are not required but we suggest you wear them for additional support. Bring water and get ready to move!
We recommend you arrive 5 minutes early to your first class so that the instructor can provide you with an overview of the equipment and props.
Do I need prior Pilates experience?
Nope! We welcome all levels and recommend 718 Essentials for beginners.
What’s the difference between reformer and mat Pilates?
Reformer Pilates uses a spring-based machine for resistance training. Mat Pilates focuses on body-weight exercises with small props like bands and rings.
We offer both classes across two studios.
What happens if I arrive late?
For safety reasons, we do not allow entry more than 5 minutes after class starts.
How do I cancel or reschedule a class?
Log into your account via our website at least 12 hours in advance to cancel any upcoming classes. Late cancel or failure to cancel will result in the loss of a class credit.
Can I book a private session?
Absolutely! Please check our Private Sessions page for pricing and booking. You can email hello@718pilates.com to book a private session.
Can I bring my child to the studio?
We love little ones, but our studio is adults-only (18+ years) for safety reasons.
Is there a membership contract?
Yes, memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment, then continue month-to-month.
Billing occurs on the 15th of each month for the upcoming month.
What is the refund policy?
All purchases are non-refundable. Class packs and memberships are non-transferable.

- 5-Class Package – 2 months
- 10-Class Package – 4 months

Membership Expiration
- Membership credits must be used within the billing cycle (30 days).
- Unused classes do not roll over.
- You must provide written notice prior to the 15th of the upcoming month in order to cancel or pause your membership.

- Single Private Session – 30 days
- 5 Private Sessions – 3 months
