๐ŸŽถ Go-to song to get you moving?
I love to switch up my playlists but I like anything with a good vibe from old school 90s alternative R&B to Afrobeats. Weโ€™ll always flow to good vibes!

๐Ÿ’ญ How did you find Pilates?
I have dabbled in pilates for a while due to dance and cheerleading but really found pilates consistently shortly after having my first child. I wanted to find a way to heal my body both mentally and physically and pilates provided me with both. One postnatal class turned into many and now I aspire to give others the same journey no matter where their body is today.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Favorite Pilates move?
I love a good core or leg exercise, if I had to choose it would be lunges or plank variations.

๐Ÿ“ Where are you from?
I am from Brooklyn, NY with family ties to the Caribbean, Antigua specificall.

๐ŸŒŠ My vibe in three words?
light spirited, inspirational, fun

๐Ÿ“– Bio:
My passion for people, diversity, health & wellness have been consistent themes throughout my life. I have had a dynamic career within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries starting out as a chemist and transitioning into process improvement roles. Outside of work, fitness has been a major part of my life, and finding pilates during my postpartum journey left me continuously wanting to learn more but also wanting to share this gift with others. I then became a student to get pilates certification and now teaching pilates it has been one of the best decisions Iโ€™ve made.

My goal is for every body who comes to my class to leave with something whether it be feeling the burn, feeling inspired, or feeling apart of a community, you wonโ€™t be disappointed.
